Racing regulators will hear from a wide range of industry voices when they meet in New Orleans March 22-24, as the sport continues to pursue the ever-elusive goal of uniform rules. The Association of Racing Commissioners
International Conference and Continuing Education on Racing Regulatory Matters will begin with organizational meetings the afternoon of March 22 before two full days of sessions. ARCI approves model rules that its racing commission members are encouraged to adopt.
