The Louisiana Thoroughbred Breeders Association Board of Directors Meeting has been moved from Wednesday the 12th to Thursday the 13th. It will be held in the suits’ at Evangeline Downs beginning at 3:00 pm.
The reason for the move is to accommodate the majority of the board and their ability to be present.
