The Louisiana Thoroughbred Breeders Association New Orleans office is closed today, Tuesday July 9, 2019 due to work by the NOLA Sewerage and Water Board. We hope to have the issue cleared up and be open at 7:00 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, July 10.
