John Oxley’s Enforceable has been tabbed a lukewarm 7-2 morning-line favorite in an overflow field of 14 3-year-olds for the $1 million Twinspires.com Louisiana Derby (G2) March 21 at Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots.
Two also-eligibles await defections in the race previously run over nine furlongs on dirt. The Louisiana Derby will be run at 1 3/16 miles for the first time Saturday. The third and final prep at Fair Grounds for the Run for the Roses is worth 100-40-20-10 points to the top four finishers on the Road to the Kentucky Derby.
